Damian is excellent at communication and provided pictures and updates throughout the process, which was paramount since we live out of state and were worried about such a large undertaking - We have remodeled / renovated over 10 properties and this one ended up being the least stressful, easiest project we have ever done. Sebrina (a real rock star!) narrowed down choices for flooring, light fixtures, etc. so that it made decision making a lot quicker and easier - especially if you are an overthinker like I am.

From the initial discussion of our idea your thought and patience through every phase of our project was remarkable. Working with our architect to design the home of our dreams while keeping cost and desires within our budget - the entire team's attention to detail with regards to schedule, quality and budget beyond the placement of the final numbers on the mailbox is a trait that I am confident will continue to set D.L. Curtis Construction apart from the competition.

I interviewed nearly ten local contractors, two of whom had the distinction of building homes for nationally recognized celebrities living in our area. From the first moment of my meeting Damian, he went the extra mile to earn my business. Let there be no doubt, my project was definitely a challenge, but one that Damian and his staff met with consummate skill and genuine enthusiasm.

Damian and his crew were very helpful during both the design and buildout of my new dental office. The construction of my office was both on time and on budget with no unexpected surprises. The workmanship provided by Damian and his crew, including all subcontractors, is outstanding.
