The cost and timeline will depend on the size and scope of your project. We’ll provide you with a detailed schedule of values and a timeline for commencement and completion.
Do you handle every stage of my project?
Absolutely! As a full-service, state-certified general contractor, we manage every phase of your project from initiation to completion.
If our friend is a licensed subcontractor, may we use him/her?
In most cases, NO. It’s like asking me to bench my star player who’s been performing well for years.
Will you help us determine our finish selections?
Yes, we can assist you in-house or refer you to some talented interior decorators if you prefer.
Do you provide direction on different types of construction materials?
Certainly! Advising on materials is part of our job and is crucial for meeting budget constraints.
Do you prefer a truss-built roof vs. a hand-framed roof?
It depends on the structural requirements and design preferences for the project.
How many of your projects finish on time?
We can confidently say that nearly every project finishes on time, barring unforeseen circumstances like inclement weather or unexpected changes.
How many of your projects come in over/under budget?
About 95% of our projects come in under budget, with overages typically resulting from requests to modify the original scope of work, or overages in allowances for finishes.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured state certified general contractor.

What sets us apart from other builders?
We are a boutique builder, with Damian overseeing every aspect of your project, including estimating, trade selection, scheduling, and quality control. He’ll be on-site 8 to 10 times a week, and you’ll have direct access to him for any construction-related questions. Sebrina will assist you with all finish selections, setting up meetings with vendors and all acct’s payable/ receivable.
Do you use subcontractors/tradesmen?
Yes, while we self-perform very little, all our subcontractors (our Project Partners) have been handpicked based on their craftsmanship and expertise. We’ve cultivated strong relationships with them over the years, and they adhere to our methods and expectations.
Do you offer warranties on your work?
Absolutely, As a reliable builder we offer warranties on our work to give you peace of mind that we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and materials used.
